ABOUT THE ROLE
ICONIC Creative Agency is looking for an experienced Freelance Experiential Producer to lead ambitious projects from concept through execution across sports, culture, and lifestyle.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Brand Experience: Familiar with producing for high-profile culture and lifestyle brands (e.g., Nike, Jordan Brand, Foot Locker, Crocs).
Production & Operations: 3–6+ years leading live experiences, brand activations, custom environments, load-ins, event execution, and load-outs.
Budget & Vendors: Proven ability to build and manage mid-to-large-scale budgets, negotiate quotes, and manage fabricators, AV/lighting teams, and technical production partners.
Creative Problem Solving: Brings production strategy into the creative process early to solve execution challenges before they reach the site.
Execution & Ownership: Exceptional judgment, clear communication under pressure, and organized without needing to be micromanaged.
