ABOUT THE ROLE
ICONIC Creative Agency is looking for a Freelance Senior Experiential Producer to steer our most ambitious, high-stakes brand moments from initial concept to final load-out. You’ll serve as the bridge between creative vision and physical reality—owning large-scale productions, driving client conversations with authority, and elevating our production standards across the board.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Cultural & Brand Alignment: 7+ years delivering high-impact activations in sports, entertainment, and lifestyle culture for major global brands (e.g., Nike, Jordan Brand, Foot Locker, Crocs). Spirits and music festival production background is a strong plus.
Mastery of Production: Seasoned expertise directing multi-market builds, custom environments, venue logistics, technical AV, permitting, and live event operations under tight deadlines.
Financial Oversight: Hands-on experience developing, tracking, and reconciling budgets from $250K to $2M+, maximizing creative impact while protecting profitability.
Cross-Functional Leadership: A trusted partner to creative, account, and client leadership who knows when to defend the creative vision and when to engineer practical solutions.
Team Guidance: Passionate about elevating the team—setting production standards, optimizing documentation, and coaching mid-level and junior producers.
