What you’ll do
Design and implement the agent control-plane services: routing, policy evaluation, telemetry.
Own a slice of the platform end-to-end — API, data model, and customer-facing UI.
Make the platform extensible for the workflow-platform integrations (PEGA, Appian, Microsoft).
Set the bar for reliability: tracing, SLOs, on-call playbooks.
What we’re looking for
4+ years of backend platform work in TypeScript, Go, or Python.
Comfortable designing distributed systems and reasoning about consistency / failure modes.
Have shipped a multi-tenant SaaS feature that real customers use.
Nice to have
Worked on workflow / BPM / iPaaS platforms before.
Familiar with OpenTelemetry, Temporal, or similar orchestration stacks.
