Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President to work closely with executive leadership in driving company strategy, operational execution, business growth, and organizational performance.
This is a senior executive role responsible for translating strategic priorities into measurable results while coordinating teams across Operations, Product, Technology, Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Development, and other key functions.
The ideal candidate is an experienced executive who can operate at both the strategic and operational level and has a strong track record of building scalable organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership on company strategy and long-term growth
Lead major operational and business initiatives across the organization
Improve cross-functional execution, accountability, and organizational performance
Develop scalable operating processes, governance structures, and performance standards
Establish and monitor company KPIs and executive reporting
Support business expansion and new growth opportunities
Coordinate priorities across Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Development
Identify organizational gaps and develop practical solutions
Support workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design
Evaluate strategic partnerships and business opportunities
Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
Mentor senior leaders and help build a high-performing executive organization
Qualifications
20+ years of progressive professional experience in Operations, General Management, Business Strategy, Growth, Technology, or related executive functions
Extensive senior leadership or executive management experience
Previous experience at the Vice President, Senior Vice President, President, COO, or equivalent leadership level is strongly preferred
Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming organizations
Strong background leading cross-functional and distributed teams
Demonstrated success translating strategy into measurable business results
Strong financial, operational, and commercial judgment
Experience in technology, SaaS, digital platforms, marketplaces, AI, or recruiting technology is preferred
Excellent executive communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Work Arrangement
Full-time | Remote | United States
The role will initially operate remotely. As the organization continues to grow, the working model may evolve to include periodic in-person executive meetings or a hybrid structure based on business needs.
