Full Stack Engineer, AI Product – MEAN/MERN

Location: Remote, Latin America. We are hiring in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil. You must be based in one of these countries and legally able to work there.
Hours: You must be available and online during 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Monday to Friday. Flexibility on both sides beyond that. If those hours do not work for your life long-term, this is not the right role and we would rather you not apply.

What you'll build
You will work across our full product surface, not one corner of it:
ChangeGPT – our AI assistant for change practitioners and employees, grounded in customer-specific change context
Futureflows – AI-generated change journeys and communication flows
Change Check-ins – sentiment and adoption capture at scale
Impact Dashboard – the analytics layer leadership actually looks at
Teams and Slack integrations – meeting employees where they already work
Concretely, in your first year you can expect to build LLM-backed features end to end (prompt through UI), further build on multi-tenant enterprise plumbing, extend our integration surface into additional customer systems, and make the analytics layer even faster and sharper.
And you'll keep it all running. AI is not a future direction here – it is already threaded through the product end to end – and this remains a generalist role by design. You'll work ET hours alongside our US-based CEO and customer success team as well as our India-based engineering team. You'll be sharing responsibility for production health: triaging issues as they come in, fixing them, watching alerts, handling infrastructure and auth questions, and supporting go-lives and customer onboarding in real time. If you only want to work on the shiny AI layer and hand off everything else, this is the wrong role. If you take pride in a product that behaves properly in front of a customer, it is the right one.

AI: Anthropic, OpenAI and Google models; retrieval, agentic patterns, and MCP-based tooling
Surfaces: Microsoft Teams, Slack, and enterprise integrations including Microsoft Graph API and customer HR/intranet systems
You do not need to have used all of it. You do need to be the kind of engineer who reads the docs, builds the thing, and asks a sharp question when something does not add up.
What we're looking for
Read this section carefully. We are specific about it because we screen against it.
2+ years shipping production web applications on the MEAN/MERN stack or close equivalent — running systems with real users, not tutorials or coursework
Production LLM work you can describe in technical detail: prompt design, retrieval, evaluation, and the cost and latency trade-offs you actually made. Be ready to walk through it in a technical interview. Experiments and demos are not what we mean
Multi-tenant SaaS experience: tenancy isolation, authentication and authorization, role models, data residency
Analytical data work — you have worked with a columnar or analytical database and understand why it exists
Cloud fluency on AWS, with enough comfort in CI/CD, logging and monitoring to debug production without a hand to hold
Breadth over specialism. You have owned frontend bugs, database queries, auth misconfigurations and deployment failures, and you don't consider any of them someone else's problem
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and AI requirements, particularly where security reviews, DPAs and IT questionnaires are part of the deal cycle
Calm, methodical debugging under time pressure, with a customer waiting
Excellent written English. Our work is largely asynchronous and written, often with enterprise customers reading over our shoulder. This is a performance requirement, not a nicety
Genuine ownership. The non-negotiable one. The people who thrive here decide what matters, say so, and then go do it
Bonus points for
Agent frameworks, MCP servers, or Copilot/Teams app development
Microsoft Graph API
Background in HR tech, change management, or enterprise communications

You will work directly with the CTO and the CEO on a product where AI is the substance rather than the sticker. Our customers are global firms making decisions in front of their own boards using what you build. The scope is wide: you will build new AI capability and keep a live enterprise platform healthy, often in the same week. If you want that range, that visibility, and the ability to point at features in production and say you made them, this is that job.
