Software Engineer, Traffic Infrastructure (Mid or Senior), Remote
You'll design and run the traffic routing platforms that carry global-scale traffic for a global traffic infrastructure provider. This is deep networking engineering in Go: Envoy data planes, Go control planes, eBPF and kernel-level tuning, on systems distributed across the world.

18,000 to 25,000 PLN per month, depending on level
Fully remote
Hiring at both Mid and Senior level
What you'll actually do
Design, build, deploy and optimise large-scale global traffic routing platforms
Develop high-performance distributed traffic infrastructure and networking software
Build and manage large-scale, geo-distributed systems
Lead complex migrations of legacy network systems and codebases in large environments
Develop core network routing tools
What you'll need
Essential
Proficiency in Go, with extensive experience designing and building distributed systems
Experience building and managing large-scale, geo-distributed networking software
Solid hands-on experience with Envoy Proxy (data plane) architecture alongside a Go control plane
Advanced knowledge of network protocols from L3 to L7, network infrastructure and observability
Strong understanding of the Linux network stack, practical eBPF experience, and hands-on socket and kernel performance tuning
At least 5 years of relevant experience for Mid, or 7 years for Senior
Nice to have
Practical Rust, specifically for developing and maintaining Envoy WASM filters
Working knowledge of C and/or C++ for low-level system integration and debugging
