VP of Corporate Development Operations

Role Description The VP of Corporate Development Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading end-to-end corporate development activities with a focus on F&B investment opportunities. This role oversees the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and development projects, particularly in markets such as Jeddah. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the deal pipeline, directing financial modeling and valuation analyses, coordinating due diligence efforts, and ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s strategic and financial objectives. The VP collaborates with finance, legal, operations, and brand teams to structure transactions, mitigate risks, and drive post-deal integration and performance. This position also mentors team members, establishes best practices for corporate development processes, and supports executive leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Strong Corporate Development and Acquisitions skills, including experience leading complex transactions and strategic partnerships.
Proficiency in Finance and Financial Modeling, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities, build robust business cases, and assess returns.
Demonstrated expertise in Due Diligence, including risk assessment, market analysis, and coordination of cross-functional review processes.
Extensive senior-level experience in hospitality, F&B, or related industries, with a track record of driving growth in international or emerging markets.
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, leading distributed teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in corporate development leadership roles considered.
