Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care by leading the coordination and delivery of nursing services. You'll support patients and their families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Your role is vital in ensuring high-quality care, effective communication with the healthcare team, and finding solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do
Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
Health care provider certification (BCLS).
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred.
1-year experience in ED, ICU or Acute Care PACU setting. BLS, PALS, ALCS are required within 6 months. Weekend, holiday and on call obligation required.
