Role Overview
As an Asst-Office Operations, you¿ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing essential administrative and clerical support in a medical setting. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, from patient check-in to appointment scheduling, and plays a vital part in delivering exceptional care and service.

What You Will Do
Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation.
Verify and enter demographic information, insurance authorizations, and precertifications.
Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
Collect co-payments and reconcile daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
Provide general office and clerical support to your assigned area.

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
