Founded in 2013 by designer Ojasvita Ajay Mahenddru, a National Institute of Fashion Technology graduate and certified diamond gemologist, ORNAMAAS creates wearable works of art inspired by urban life, cultural diversity, and nature. The label’s designs have been worn by prominent actors and featured in leading publications such as Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Elle, and Hello Magazine, offering strong visibility in both fashion and media circles.
Role Description This Design & Brand Operations Intern role is an internship position with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Delhi, India with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support the design team in developing and refining jewelry and brand visuals, assisting with concept creation, mood boards, and digital design assets for campaigns and collections. Day-to-day responsibilities may include organizing design files, coordinating with vendors, preparing presentations, supporting social media content with design inputs, and conducting visual and market research to inform brand decisions. The role also involves collaborating on lookbooks, packaging ideas, and display layouts, while maintaining brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints. The intern will work closely with the founder and core team, gaining exposure to luxury fashion operations, brand building, and creative processes.
