RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and build production-grade agentic workflows, orchestration systems, tool integrations, and autonomous task execution capabilities.
Partner with Product teams to translate complex advertising and marketing processes into reliable, agent-driven solutions.
Develop the foundations required for deploying trustworthy AI systems, including evaluation frameworks, observability, guardrails, monitoring, and failure handling.
Integrate AI-driven workflows with third-party advertising, marketing, analytics, and enterprise data platforms.
Collaborate directly with customers and technology partners to improve performance and usability of agentic features in real-world environments.
Champion the use of modern agentic development tools and contribute to internal engineering workflows, standards, and best practices.
Own features end-to-end, from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews as a senior individual contributor within a fast-moving engineering organization.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fundamentals across distributed systems, APIs, backend services, and data modeling.
Proven hands-on experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, tool usage patterns, or multi-agent architectures.
Experience designing and shipping production software in startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environments.
Ability to work with modern integration protocols and external platform ecosystems, including agent-based architectures and workflow orchestration.
Strong written communication skills and experience collaborating effectively within remote-first teams.
Genuine interest in emerging AI and agentic engineering technologies, trends, and best practices.
Nice to Have
Experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, digital media, or campaign management ecosystems.
Experience integrating platforms such as customer data platforms, cloud data warehouses, advertising networks, or marketing analytics tools.
Familiarity with LangChain or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
Experience running, fine-tuning, evaluating, or deploying local and self-hosted LLMs.
