Lab Assistant

What You Will Do:
Keep things moving smoothly! You'll handle order entry, specimen pick-up, transportation, tracking, receipt, and processing—basically, you'll be the lab's logistics superstar ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Master our pre and post-analytic laboratory equipment, including laboratory automation systems. Think of yourself as the equipment whisperer who keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine.
Be the friendly face of our lab! Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with professionalism and genuine warmth—you'll help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Become a tech-savvy problem-solver by utilizing our information systems to manage tasks efficiently and keep accuracy at the top of your game.
Occasionally roll up your sleeves and perform phlebotomy services, if needed at your site—expanding your skills and supporting the team where it matters most.
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
