Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil and structural engineers, supervising site teams and contractors, conducting quality checks and inspections, and maintaining accurate site reports and documentation. The role also involves resolving technical issues on-site, communicating project updates to stakeholders, and supporting adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess on-site project experience and the ability to manage daily site operations effectively.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills for coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients.
Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to building and infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in construction or project management are an advantage.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic engineering and construction software tools.
Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Ability to work independently on-site, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing project requirements.
