Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Manage project scope, milestones, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks and delivery commitments.
Coordinate Product Owners, Salesforce Administrators, Developers, QA teams, Architects and business stakeholders.
Track risks, issues, decisions, dependencies and change requests.
Prepare project status reports, executive updates and delivery forecasts.
Coordinate Salesforce initiatives from requirements through development, QA, UAT, deployment and production support.
Manage release readiness, deployment schedules, communications, cutover activities and post-release support.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive timely decisions.
Work with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar project-management tools.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Management, Agile Delivery or a similar role.
Strong experience managing Salesforce projects and enterprise Salesforce initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with distributed/global teams.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
CSM, PSM or other Scrum certification.
Salesforce Administrator experience.
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
Experience with Salesforce release/DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT or Salesforce DevOps Center.
Experience with Salesforce deployment and release-management processes.
Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage, fintech or other regulated industries.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
Work Schedule
Candidates must be able to work with U.S. business hours and maintain the required overlap with U.S.-based teams and clients.
Location Requirement
Remote – Latin America (LATAM).
Candidates must currently reside in a Latin American country and be authorized to work remotely from their current country.
