Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in India. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and cybersecurity roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, building talent pipelines through multiple channels, and maintaining an organized candidate database. The role also involves scheduling and conducting candidate interviews, facilitating feedback discussions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with training and placement teams to align hiring needs with program outcomes and organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Strong Technical Recruiting capabilities, with the ability to assess skills for IT, cybersecurity, and related technical roles.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Experience with Hiring practices, interview techniques, and using ATS or recruitment platforms.
Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity roles, skills, and industry trends is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate with global teams across time zones.
Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
