Personal & Commercial Account Manager

We're looking for a service-minded insurance professional to join our agency as a Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both personal and commercial clients while developing the expertise needed to transition into a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and service Personal Lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, and recreational vehicle policies
- Assist commercial clients with policy service, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews
- Support producers with quoting, submissions, and new business implementation
- Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Identify opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverages and solutions
- Participate in renewal planning and account strategy discussions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Experience with Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or agency management systems is a plus
