Role Description The AI and Robotics Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The trainer will design and deliver training modules on robotics operation, AI-based control systems, robotic welding, and preventive maintenance to learners and technicians. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, demonstrating robot setup and programming, and overseeing safe use of equipment. The role also involves diagnosing technical issues during training, guiding participants through troubleshooting exercises, and updating content to reflect new technologies and best practices. The trainer will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align training with real-world requirements and support assessments, feedback, and continuous skill development.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Robotics and Robot operation, including basic programming and handling of industrial robots.
Candidates should possess skills in Robotic Welding and application of welding parameters using robotic systems.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting robotic systems, including identifying faults and implementing corrective actions.
Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance of robots and related equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
Experience delivering technical training or mentoring in robotics, automation, or manufacturing environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
Familiarity with industrial safety practices and standards related to robotic operations.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt training to different learner levels.
