Pyramid Healthcare’s detox and residential treatment facility in Dallas, Pennsylvania, provides a comprehensive approach to addiction recovery for those seeking effective and compassionate care.
Pay:
The LPN rate is $30/hr, plus shift differential.
The RN rate is $35/hr plus shift differential
Shift: 7:00am to 7:00pm, with flexibility on days, requiring work every other weekend and holiday.

Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs: All clients are independent for Bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.
No catheters

There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions: No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc.

RN Responsibilities:
Properly communicates and guides LPN’s in client care responsibilities and assignments
Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
Medication administration
Knowledge and delivery of withdraw management protocols where applicable
Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol where applicable
Provide medication education to clients
Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions, as applicable
Administer medications accurately and safely
Apply knowledge and delivery of detox protocols
Conduct COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients, adhering to protocol
Provide medication education to clients
Coordinate and support Medical providers with assessments and medication management appointments
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; uphold confidentiality and proper boundaries
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
Awareness and understanding of regulating bodies such as CARF, Office of Mental Health, DDAP, RTFA
