Senior Principal Product Manager, AI Platform

ABOUT THE ROLE
A hands-on leader focused on building an AI first platform that serves multiple client types within a small, capable team. You will own end to end exploration, prototyping, and delivery of AI driven solutions that streamline operations and replace manual workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify operational problems and design AI driven solutions that can be prototyped and tested with real data.
- Collaborate with engineers to productionize prototypes into reliable and scalable systems.
- Define measurable metrics for complex problems and develop AI based solutions to address them.
- Own the development of a decision engine and related tooling that serves diverse user needs.
- Contribute to closed loop attribution and reporting work streams tied to business outcomes.
- Build a single platform that serves multiple agencies and industries with shared components and configurable elements.
- Report to the VP of Product and Technology and partner with leadership as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong track record shipping working prototypes and AI driven solutions with real world data.
- Experience designing and building AI driven systems that handle edge cases and failure modes in production.
- Ability to think in systems with attention to second order effects and long term implications.
- Clear, concise written communication and the ability to document decisions effectively.
- Hands on builder mindset with preference for simplifying workflows over merely automating them.
- Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and collaborating with small teams to drive outcomes.
- Experience aligning operational problems to measurable outcomes and validating with data.
- Experience collaborating with engineering to productionize prototypes and deliver reliable systems.
- Strong background in AI prototyping, platform design for multiple user types, and cross industry applicability.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 160000-230000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship not available at this time.
