Clinical Business Analyst – Patient Access

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Business Analyst / Clinical Informatics Analyst with strong expertise in Patient Access, Registration, and Scheduling within acute-care healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, or equivalent supporting Patient Access-related initiatives, including Registration and Scheduling.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design, and business analysis documentation.
Demonstrated experience working with acute-care Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) and healthcare operations related to Patient Access.
Experience supporting Health Information Systems / CIS implementation projects as a Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Registration and Scheduling workflows, processes, and system functionality.
Experience working with healthcare stakeholders, clinical teams, and technical teams to translate business and clinical requirements into effective system solutions.
Experience supporting large-scale healthcare implementations within a Canadian acute-care healthcare environment.
Ideal Background
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of acute-care operations, Patient Access, Registration, Scheduling, EHR/CIS implementations, clinical workflows, requirements analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
