Assistant Accountant / Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

Role Description The Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for Shenzhen SG Precision Technology’s activities in Berlin, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing business development, key customer relationships, and partnerships, while driving growth and profitability in the region. The Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, establish performance goals, and ensure high standards in safety, quality, and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and tracking strategic initiatives, reviewing financial and operational metrics, making data-driven decisions, and coordinating closely with headquarters and other regional offices. The Director will also represent the company at industry events, support new product or service introductions, and cultivate an inclusive, high-performance workplace culture.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in technology, manufacturing, or precision engineering organizations, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and team management.
Strong background in business development, client relationship management, and market expansion, ideally within European or international markets.
Demonstrated ability to use data and financial metrics to guide decision-making, budgeting, and performance improvement.
Experience building and leading diverse, cross-functional teams, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and talent development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with precision manufacturing, industrial technology, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
