Role Description The Director at Jk Unit 2 Ghotki is responsible for overseeing all site operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role in Faisalabad District includes leading cross-functional teams, setting strategic goals, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The Director will manage budgets, allocate resources, and coordinate with senior leadership on operational plans, risk management, and long-term initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising department heads, reviewing reports, resolving escalated issues, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety and compliance. The role also involves stakeholder communication, supporting talent development, and driving projects that enhance productivity and sustainability.
Qualifications
Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and building a collaborative work environment.
Strong operational and strategic planning abilities, including experience with production management, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
Solid understanding of budget management, resource allocation, and cost control within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, with experience implementing and maintaining relevant standards.
Ability to analyze complex situations, make data-informed decisions, and manage risks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
Previous experience in a senior leadership role within industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors in Pakistan or similar regions is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Comfort working on-site in Faisalabad District and engaging directly with operations and frontline teams.
