🚨 Hiring: Nutanix Certified Engineer | Remote | Part-Time
We are looking for a Nutanix Certified Engineer with deep, hands-on expertise in Nutanix Disaster Recovery and Replication.
This is a specialized role for someone who understands the Nutanix platform end-to-end, with particular strength in DR, replication, troubleshooting, performance, and optimization.
Key Requirements
Nutanix certification is mandatory
Deep hands-on knowledge of Nutanix AHV, Prism and Prism Central
Strong expertise in Nutanix DR and replication
Deep understanding of protection policies, replication policies and recovery workflows
Experience with inter-site replication and DR architecture
Strong understanding of RPO/RTO and DR design
Hands-on experience with failover, failback and recovery operations
Ability to troubleshoot complex replication, synchronization, networking and cluster issues
Strong understanding of Nutanix storage, networking and cluster architecture
Experience analyzing and optimizing Nutanix performance and replication
Ability to identify configuration issues and recommend DR and infrastructure optimization
Experience with Nutanix Leap / DR orchestration is highly preferred
Strong understanding of DR best practices and operational readiness
Ability to independently investigate issues and provide technical recommendations
Role
The engineer will primarily provide expert-level support around:
Nutanix DR → Replication → Failover/Failback → Troubleshooting → Performance → Optimization
This is not a general entry-level Nutanix administration role. We are looking for someone who can independently analyze and troubleshoot complex Nutanix DR and replication environments.
