Are you a hands-on ServiceNow engineer with experience in complex implementations, development, architecture, and data migration?
🔥 This is an opportunity to work on a major ServiceNow GRC transformation project for the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
You will act as a key technical partner for the IMF, helping ensure the implementation stays technically sound, properly mapped, and aligned with enterprise standards.
🚨 IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL ROLE
We are specifically looking for someone who is hands-on with ServiceNow development.
You should have experience getting into the technical details of:
👨‍💻 ServiceNow development
🏗️ Solution architecture
🔄 Large-scale migrations
🗂️ Data mapping and migration
🔗 Integrations
⚙️ Workflows and customizations
🧪 Testing and deployment
If your experience is limited to solution design or functional consulting without hands-on ServiceNow development, this position would not be the right fit.
🚀 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Guide Entity Mapping Design and ensure a complete technical approach.
🔹 Lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of GRC solutions.
🔹 Architect integrations, workflows, and custom ServiceNow enhancements.
🔹 Support the migration from Archer to ServiceNow and validate data mapping.
🔹 Identify technical risks and potential implementation pitfalls.
🔹 Help keep the implementation partner aligned with project objectives.
🔹 Conduct technical demonstrations for internal IMF stakeholders.
🔹 Develop and maintain architecture, integration, and migration documentation.
🔹 Support the complete technical lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and post-production.
🔹 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams.
🧠 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
💼 10+ years of experience implementing IT projects, preferably involving GRC or related technologies.
💻 5–8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including hands-on development and architecture.
⭐ Experience with:
ServiceNow GRC
Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
Security Operations (SecOps)
Privacy Management
Third-Party Security Risk Management
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Data migration & system integration
ServiceNow application development
Workflows and custom solutions
🔥 Archer → ServiceNow migration experience is highly valuable.
