💼 Rol: Scrum Master
🕐 Experiencia: 3 a 5 años
💰 Honorarios:$6.500.000 – $7.000.000
📄 Modalidad: Remoto
Contrato: Prestación de servicios.
🔹 Requisitos
* Experiencia de 3 a 5 años desempeñándose como Scrum Master.
* Experiencia acompañando equipos bajo metodologías ágiles.
* Conocimiento sólido de **Scrum y marcos ágiles**.
* Facilitación de ceremonias Scrum: Daily, Sprint Planning, Review y Retrospective.
* Capacidad para identificar y gestionar impedimentos del equipo.
* Seguimiento a compromisos, entregables y métricas de los equipos.
* Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y facilitación.
⭐ Responsabilidades
* Facilitar y acompañar al equipo en la adopción y correcta aplicación de Scrum.
* Promover la mejora continua y la autogestión del equipo.
* Identificar y ayudar a resolver bloqueos e impedimentos.
* Coordinar y facilitar las ceremonias ágiles.
* Dar seguimiento al avance de los sprints y compromisos.
* Trabajar de manera articulada con Product Owner, equipo de desarrollo y stakeholders.
