Finance Transformation Program Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead and coordinate several cross-functional initiatives spanning Finance, Accounting, Data, and IT. This individual will serve as the central program lead, partnering with Finance and technology stakeholders to drive system integration, data transformation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
A major focus of the role will be supporting the development of a unified finance data layer in Snowflake, connecting data from enterprise platforms including SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, and other systems. The Program Manager will also lead process simplification and optimization initiatives across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R).
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple Finance Transformation initiatives across Finance, Accounting, Data, and IT teams.
Manage the integration and linkage of financial and operational data from enterprise systems into Snowflake, supporting the creation of a unified data layer.
Partner with technical teams to coordinate data requirements, system dependencies, integrations, testing, and implementation activities.
Work closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure data and reporting solutions meet functional needs.
Support the development of reporting and analytical capabilities built on top of the Snowflake data environment.
Drive process simplification and standardization across P2P and R2R processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline procedures, reduce manual activities, and improve efficiency across Finance operations.
Coordinate initiatives involving SAP, Ariba, BlackLine, Salesforce, Snowflake, and related enterprise platforms.
Lead program planning, governance, timelines, dependencies, risks, issue resolution, and executive-level status reporting.
Coordinate UAT and business readiness activities, working between functional Finance users and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into actionable plans for IT, Data, and systems teams.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment across Finance, Accounting, IT, Data, and business teams.
Qualifications
Strong experience leading Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, or enterprise technology programs.
Functional understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, particularly P2P and R2R.
Experience working at the intersection of Finance/Accounting and IT/Data organizations.
Experience managing enterprise system integrations, data transformation, reporting, and/or analytics initiatives.
Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, BlackLine, Salesforce, and Snowflake strongly preferred.
Experience coordinating requirements gathering, system testing/UAT, implementation, and business adoption.
Strong program management capabilities, including governance, project planning, risk management, dependency management, and executive stakeholder communication.
Ability to translate between functional Finance stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience driving process improvement, simplification, and standardization within complex enterprise environments.
Ideal Background
The ideal candidate combines strong Program Management leadership with enough Finance/Accounting knowledge to understand the underlying business processes and enough systems experience to effectively partner with Data and IT teams. Experience leading large-scale Finance transformation programs involving enterprise data integration, Snowflake, financial reporting, P2P, and R2R transformation would be particularly relevant.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $85 - 100/hr.
