Project Manager, HR
Provide project management support for the Job & Skills Architecture (JSA) initiative, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones, alignment with Workday implementation timelines, effective governance, and coordination between ACS stakeholders and the external vendor.
Scope of Services Deliverable: Updated project plan and weekly status report. Deliverable: Dependency tracker and workstream alignment updates. Deliverable: Weekly RAID log and decision tracker. Deliverable: Executive dashboard and governance updates.
Program Delivery & Milestone Management
Maintain the integrated JSA project plan with Workday Alignment.
Drive project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to completion.
Coordinate activities across ACS stakeholders and multiple external vendor partners, including key milestones.
Track progress against approved project schedule and critical milestones.
Workstream Coordination
Ensure alignment across JSA, Workday, Compensation, HRBP, Change Management, Communications, and Governance workstreams.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and integration points.
Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and sponsor decision points.
RAID & Governance Management
Maintain project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.
Identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.
Maintain decision log and governance reporting.
Executive & Vendor Management Support
Coordinate deliverables and timelines with the external vendor.
Prepare materials for governance and sponsor meetings.
Provide executive-level project health reporting.
Track action items through closure.
Required
Contractor Qualifications
PMP Certification.
7+ years project/program management experience.
Experience leading HR transformation or HR technology initiatives.
Experience managing third-party vendors.
Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Workday implementations and HR operating processes.
Preferred
Job Architecture experience.
HRBP, Compensation or Total Rewards familiarity
