Talent Acquisition Specialist

Active Leaders of Love is seeking a Volunteer Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our volunteer recruitment efforts and help attract passionate individuals who align with our mission and values. We are looking for a people-focused and organized individual who enjoys connecting with people, identifying talent, and creating a positive recruitment experience. This role will work closely with Department Leads and the Executive Operations Team to support volunteer hiring and onboarding.

What You Will Do
Support end-to-end volunteer recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Create and post volunteer opportunities and source potential candidates.
Screen applications and coordinate interviews with Department Leads.
Communicate with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and records.
Support onboarding and volunteer engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and outreach processes.
Promote inclusive and diverse volunteer recruitment practices.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or Volunteer management
Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
Passion for nonprofit work, community impact, and inclusive leadership
