B2B Outside Sales Representative – 35% Commission

We are a locally owned vending machine company looking for an experienced, self-motivated salesperson to sell advertising opportunities to local businesses.
We pay 35% commission on the advertising revenue you bring in and we collect.
There is no commission cap.
IMPORTANT: YOU WILL GENERATE YOUR OWN BUSINESS.
This is not a position where you sit at a desk and wait for leads.
You will be expected to:
Go door-to-door to local businesses
Cold call business owners and decision-makers
Build your own prospect list
Set your own appointments
Present our advertising opportunities
Follow up with prospects
Handle objections
Ask for the sale
Close advertising agreements
If you are uncomfortable walking into a business, picking up the phone, or creating your own pipeline, this position is not for you.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who has sold before and understands that sales is a numbers game.
You don't need someone constantly telling you to make another call.
You don't get discouraged after hearing "no."
You know how to find the decision-maker, start a conversation, uncover an opportunity, follow up, and close.
Previous experience in B2B sales, outside sales, advertising sales, media sales, merchant services, payroll, insurance, telecom, business services, digital marketing, or other prospecting-heavy sales roles is strongly preferred.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is hungry, competitive, persistent, and motivated by commission.
