What You'll Do
Design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications and solutions.
Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements and modifications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Test, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
Deploy and maintain software tools, processes, and performance metrics.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders.
Participate in application support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current on emerging technologies and development best practices.
What You'll Bring
Technical Skills
Strong experience with:
C# a must.
Microsoft SQL Server
ASP.NET
SharePoint
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience within healthcare administration, health insurance, TPA, or employee benefits industries is a plus.
Experience developing enterprise business applications.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Software programming and development certifications are a plus.
Relevant professional development and technical training are highly valued.
