About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Developer with strong hands-on experience in Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic development, customization, integrations, and production support.
The ideal candidate will work with business and functional teams to develop scalable Epicor solutions across Manufacturing, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and Finance.
Epicor experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Epicor ERP / Kinetic customizations, enhancements, and technical solutions.
Build and support BPMs, BAQs, Epicor Functions, Application Studio customizations, dashboards, and reports.
Develop custom business logic using C# / .NET.
Design and maintain REST API and web-service integrations with EDI, eCommerce, MES, WMS, 3PL, shipping, tax, CRM, and other external systems.
Develop complex BAQs, SQL queries, reports, and dashboards for operational and business requirements.
Customize Epicor screens, forms, fields, grids, workflows, and business processes.
Support Sales Order, Purchasing, Inventory, MRP, Job Management, Manufacturing, MES, Shipping, AR, AP, and GL modules.
Develop solutions for MTO, CTO, and ETO manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor application, customization, integration, data, and performance issues.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
Support Epicor upgrades, patches, migrations, and version compatibility.
Work with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
Maintain technical documentation for customizations, BPMs, integrations, reports, and deployments.

Qualifications
5+ years of ERP development experience
Strong hands-on Epicor ERP development experience
Strong C# / .NET and SQL skills
Experience with Epicor BPMs, BAQs, Functions, Application Studio, and REST APIs
Strong understanding of ERP and manufacturing business processes
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and documentation skills
