About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Epicor ERP Architect with strong expertise in Epicor Manufacturing ERP and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Job-to-Ship processes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience architecting and optimizing workflows across Sales Order Management, MRP, Job Management, Manufacturing, MES, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize end-to-end Epicor O2C and Job-to-Ship workflows
Configure Sales Order Management, MTO, CTO, MRP, and CTP
Architect automated Sales Order → Manufacturing Job processes
Configure complex BOMs, routings, operations, resources, and job costing
Support manufacturing execution, WIP, labor, material, burden, and scrap
Design Customer Shipment and Advanced Material Management (AMM) workflows
Integrate Epicor with 3PL, shipping, EDI, eCommerce, and external systems
Automate shipment-to-invoice processes within AR
Develop and maintain BPMs, BAQs, Epicor Functions, and C# customizations
Design and support REST API integrations
Support tax integrations such as Avalara
Develop reporting and dashboards for operational and financial processes
Work with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into Epicor solutions
Required Skills
Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience is mandatory

Epicor BPMs, BAQs, Functions

Epicor Kinetic Cloud experience
Epicor implementation/architecture experience
3PL and carrier integrations
Quick Ship, FedEx, UPS integrations
Avalara integration
MES and warehouse automation
Discrete or industrial manufacturing experience
Qualifications
7+ years of ERP experience
Strong hands-on experience specifically with Epicor ERP
Manufacturing ERP implementation or architecture experience
Strong understanding of business processes across Sales → Production → Shipping → Billing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
