Wild & Organic is looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to own the day-to-day operational management, compliance, and account health of our Amazon accounts for the Wild & Organic and Forever Puppy brands.
We are looking for a strong Amazon professional who knows Amazon Seller Central inside and out, understands Amazon processes end-to-end, and genuinely enjoys hands-on account management, detailed operational work, compliance, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.
The Amazon Account Manager is responsible for making sure the operational side of Amazon runs accurately, smoothly, and on time; that listings and account activities comply with Amazon and applicable regulatory requirements; and that important Amazon-related information is properly synchronized with other departments.
🟣🟣Requirements
🟣Amazon Experience
3+ years of hands-on Amazon experience as an Amazon Account Manager, Marketplace Manager, Amazon Operations Manager, or in a comparable role.
Experience managing Amazon accounts with 150+ active products/SKUs.
Deep practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Strong understanding of how an Amazon account operates end-to-end.
Hands-on experience with catalog and listing management.
Experience with FBA inventory, replenishment, shipments, and receiving.
Experience with FBM operations.
Experience with Account Health and Seller Support.
Experience troubleshooting suppressed, restricted, or problematic listings.
Experience managing Amazon cases and following them through to resolution.
Experience working with inventory and coordinating replenishment.
Experience working with production teams, suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, or 3PLs.
🟢 Bilingual (Russian and English)
🟣Compliance Experience
Strong practical knowledge of Amazon compliance policies and Account Health requirements.
Experience handling Amazon compliance requests, policy violations, listing restrictions, and documentation submissions.
Ability to independently understand and interpret Amazon policies and translate them into clear requirements for Sales, Content, and Design teams.
Experience reviewing Amazon listings, claims, images, A+ Content, and other customer-facing materials for compliance.
🟣Content & Process Experience
Experience reviewing product listings, images, A+ Content, packaging information, and product data for accuracy.
Experience coordinating tasks with designers and content teams.
Experience coordinating work across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Ability to confidently work with spreadsheets, reporting systems, and task-management tools.
Experience creating or improving SOPs and operational processes.
Experience with automation, AI tools, or process-automation projects is an advantage.
