General Description
Support to plan, coordinate, and execute global distribution of Finished Products (FP), API, Drug Products (DP), Samples, and other products. Support to manage domestic and international transportation, particularly temperature-controlled pharmaceutical products. Ensure safe, compliant, and on-time delivery across global supply chains. Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, couriers, customs brokers, manufacturing sites, and CMOs.
Essential Functions Of The Job
Global Logistics Operations
Support to plan, coordinate, and execute global distribution of Finished Products (FP), API, Drug Products (DP), Samples, and other products.
Support to manage domestic and international transportation, particularly temperature-controlled pharmaceutical products.
Ensure safe, compliant, and on-time delivery across global supply chains.
Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, couriers, customs brokers, manufacturing sites, and CMOs
Trade Compliance & Regulatory Management
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP/GSP, SOX, and international import/export regulations.
Support to manage import and export activities across the US, EU, and other regions.
Support audits, regulatory inspections, deviation investigations, and CAPA activities
Supply Chain Optimization
Streamline current logistics process, identify logistics risks, implement mitigation actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain quality and efficiency.
Support on shipping lane risk assessments and transportation qualification activities.
Support other projects such as countinuous improvement on SAP.
Vendor & Financial Management
Monitor vendor performance and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
Support logistics budgeting, expense management, and ERP transaction processing.
Work closely with Finance and Tax functions to ensure compliance and cost control
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and external stakeholders.
Support execution of production plans and product availability.
Education/Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of progressive Supply Chain experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred/Nice To Have
Master's degree.
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $42.27/hour - $56.36/hour
