Position Overview
Zero Hasha is seeking a strategic and results-oriented **Senior Vice President of Corporate Development** to lead corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, investment opportunity sourcing, and business expansion initiatives.
This executive will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to identify growth opportunities, evaluate potential deals, establish institutional partnerships, and execute initiatives designed to solidify the company's competitive advantage.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the company’s corporate development and long-term growth strategy.
Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, investments, and M&A opportunities.
Build relationships with financial institutions, technology providers, investors, and industry partners.
Conduct market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal evaluation.
Lead negotiations and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to execute transactions.
Support fundraising, capital planning, and investor relations activities.
Evaluate new markets, products, and revenue-generating opportunities.
Collaborate closely with legal, finance, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
Present strategic recommendations to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors.
Build and lead a high-performing corporate development team as the company grows.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategic planning, fintech, or related fields.
Extensive experience in evaluating and executing partnerships, investments, or M&A transactions.
Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and due diligence.
Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects.
Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in fintech, blockchain, digital assets, financial services, or enterprise technology is preferred.
