Role Description The Vice President of Administrative Planning is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing strategic and operational planning across administrative functions. This position leads the development of long-term business and financial plans, coordinates budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures alignment with corporate objectives. The role involves analyzing operational data, identifying efficiency improvements, and implementing governance frameworks and policies that support sustainable growth. The Vice President partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define priorities, manage key projects, and communicate planning outcomes to stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supervising planning staff, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills to drive long-term administrative and corporate initiatives.
Candidates should possess solid Finance and Financial Planning skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, evaluate performance, and support decision-making.
Extensive experience in insurance, financial services, or a related corporate environment at a senior leadership level.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale projects, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, international setting.
Relevant university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CFA) is an advantage.
