Job Overview
Provide administrative, procurement, reporting, and data management support to the NWVL Project Engineering Team and Natural Agriculture Team. The role ensures efficient day-to-day transactions, accurate record-keeping, timely procurement and payment processing, project cost tracking, and support for business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Manage document control, filing systems, and SharePoint records.
Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-up.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries and support business operations.
Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of information.
Perform data entry, validation, and reporting activities.
Compile and prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and departmental KPI updates.
Track project and program costs, monitor spending against budgets, and escalate variances where required.
Support Finance, Project Teams, and vendors to ensure timely processing and resolution of procurement and payment issues.
Coordinate contractor travel, accommodation, and on-site administrative support.
Support quality, environmental, and compliance initiatives across the site.
Provide administrative and data management support for existing and new strategic initiatives.
Participate in company-wide programs and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Undertake other administrative duties as required to support departmental and business objectives
Minimum
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent
Experience in data management and administration
Excellent written and communication skills Intermediate computer skills
Preferred
Qualification in Office administration or a relevant field
Valid driver's license
