As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to C-Suite executives, CXOs, Managing Directors, and senior leadership in a fast-paced multinational environment. You will act as a trusted strategic partner, anticipating priorities and proactively helping leaders stay focused on business-critical activities. The role combines complex calendar and communication management with executive event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational support. You will work across multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams, clients, and cross-functional departments. Your ability to manage sensitive information, competing priorities, and high-volume workflows will be essential to keeping executive operations running smoothly.
