This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Player Onboarding & Activation based in Netherlands.
As a Product Manager focused on Player Onboarding & Activation, you will own one of the most critical growth levers in a fast-scaling iGaming product ecosystem: converting incoming traffic into engaged, active players. In this role, you will design and optimize the full early user journey—from first visit through registration, onboarding, first deposit, and first gameplay. You will work at the intersection of product, design, marketing, and compliance, ensuring seamless, high-converting user experiences. Operating in a highly data-driven and experimental environment, you will identify friction points, test improvements, and continuously refine the activation funnel. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence user growth, retention, and revenue performance.
