Position Overview
Ledger Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Development to lead strategic growth initiatives, partnership expansion, market entry, and potential investment or acquisition opportunities.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will be responsible for identifying new revenue-generating opportunities, evaluating strategic transactions, and establishing partnerships that enhance the company's capabilities and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s corporate development strategy.
Identify strategic partnerships, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new market opportunities.
Lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and deal execution.
Build and maintain relationships with business owners, investors, financial institutions, and professional service partners.
Evaluate new service lines, geographic markets, and revenue channels.
Collaborate closely with finance, operations, sales, legal, and executive teams.
Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and executive leadership.
Support post-transaction integration and track business performance.
Build and lead the corporate development function as Ledger Labs grows.
Qualifications
12+ years of leadership experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, consulting, or related fields.
Proven track record of successfully executing partnerships, acquisitions, investments, or other strategic transactions.
Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation.
Experience in accounting, financial services, Fintech, SaaS, or professional services industries is preferred.
Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, CFA, JD, or other advanced professional qualifications preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
