Senior Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be one of the first account executives on a growing, founder-led team. You will own lab relationships end to end, reporting directly to the founder, and help build the initial go to market in a fast paced, early stage environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Open conversations with research, post-training and data teams at frontier labs and smaller neo labs.
- Scope their needs for expert data solutions, RL environments, evals or expert talent.
- Structure deals that vary from upfront contracts to larger structured partnerships.
- Close deals and nurture ongoing relationships to drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with the founder on strategy and execution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience selling data products to AI labs, including annotation environments, RL environments, evals or expert talent.
- Quota-carrying closer with AE or equivalent background.
- Existing relationships with research, post-training or data teams at AI labs.
- Background at AI data vendors or similar startups is common but not required; familiarity with early-stage, founder-led environments is valued.
- Strong domain experience in AI data solutions and healthcare data exposure is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast moving, early-stage company and adaptable to changing priorities.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: 200,000 - 400,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship available.
LOCATION
Remote within the United States; primary location in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
