Role Description The Paramedical Tutor will deliver classroom and laboratory instruction in paramedical subjects, ensuring that students gain strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching according to the curriculum, supervising practical demonstrations, assessing student performance, and providing academic guidance and feedback. The tutor will collaborate with colleagues to update teaching materials, support examinations, and maintain accurate academic records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, requiring regular presence on campus for teaching, student consultation, and participation in academic and administrative activities.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of paramedical and allied health sciences, with the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to learners.
Experience in classroom teaching, clinical training, or academic tutoring in a healthcare or paramedical setting.
Ability to design lesson plans, organize practical sessions, and assess student competencies fairly and consistently.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills to support diverse learners and encourage professional behavior.
Commitment to maintaining academic integrity, safety standards during practicals, and adherence to institutional policies.
Relevant paramedical qualification or degree (e.g., Diploma/Bachelor in Paramedical or Allied Health Sciences); teaching certification or prior academic experience is an advantage.
Comfort with basic computer applications for preparing teaching materials, maintaining records, and using digital learning tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff, contribute to curriculum improvement, and participate in college initiatives.
