This role connects business stakeholders with technical teams to turn operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
You’ll gather and analyze requirements, map business processes, and help shape solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
The position combines business analysis, Salesforce configuration, testing, data management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll contribute across the full lifecycle of Salesforce initiatives, from discovery and solution design through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
