About the Role
SupportMates LLC is hiring a Graphic Designer / Community Manager to support a busy Law Office in California. You will be employed by SupportMates LLC and work remotely as the creative engine behind the firm's digital presence: designing professional visuals, managing social media communities, and keeping the brand consistent across every channel. You will work closely with the firm's team, so strong bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design graphics, posts, and marketing materials for the firm's social media and internal use
Manage and grow the firm's social media communities (scheduling, publishing, engaging)
Maintain a consistent, professional brand identity across all visual assets
Create simple video edits and motion graphics for posts and campaigns
Coordinate campaigns and content calendars with the team
Track engagement and suggest improvements based on what performs
Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and case matters
Requirements
Proven graphic design skills with a portfolio you can share
Experience managing social media communities (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or equivalent)
Advanced English (spoken and written) and fluent Spanish
A good eye for clean, professional, legal-industry branding
Organized, proactive, and able to manage a content calendar without missing deadlines
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Schedule
Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours/week)
Aligned with California business hours (Pacific Time Zone)
Open to remote candidates based in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Caribbean or South America
