Role Description This is a full-time, remote Web Developer role focused on designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications and digital products for Cadmus.ai clients. The Web Developer will implement front-end interfaces and back-end services, optimize performance, and ensure responsive, accessible user experiences across devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers and product stakeholders, writing clean and maintainable code, integrating APIs and third-party services, and contributing to the development of custom SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and AI-powered tools. The person in this role will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, improve existing features, and help drive technical best practices across the engineering team.
Qualifications
Strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including building responsive, user-friendly interfaces with modern web technologies.
Solid Back-End Web Development experience, including server-side programming, API design, and working with databases.
Comprehensive Web Development and Programming skills, with the ability to design, implement, test, and deploy full-stack applications.
Experience working with modern web frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility standards for web applications.
Ability to communicate clearly, work independently in a remote environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Experience with AI integrations, automation tools, or cloud platforms is a plus.
