Role Description This is an on-site Chemical Engineer contract role based in Saykha Bharuch. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing plant processes, supporting daily production activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. The role includes conducting technical analyses, troubleshooting process deviations, coordinating with laboratory teams for testing and validation, and documenting process parameters and improvements. The Chemical Engineer will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to implement efficiency improvements, support scale-up activities, and contribute to process design modifications as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for process evaluation, troubleshooting, and data-driven
Candidates should possess Chemical Industry knowledge, including familiarity with industrial standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and technical documentation..
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering with 10-12 years of work experience in speciality chemicals.
Working knowledge of process safety management and environmental compliance regulations.
Ability to work on-site in Saykha Bharuch, follow safety protocols, and adapt to a dynamic plant environment.
