Digital Shaping is a performance-driven marketing agency helping brands grow through smart SEO, AEO, content, and growth strategies. We’re now hiring a seasoned SEO Specialist who lives and breathes rankings, conversions, and staying ahead of search engine trends — especially in the age of AI-first search, voice, and Google SGE.
What You'll Be Responsible For On-Page SEO
Conduct in-depth keyword & intent-based research (cluster, topical authority, semantic relevance)
Optimize metadata, headers, internal links, and content for EEAT and NLP compliance
Add and manage schema markup (FAQ, HowTo, LocalBusiness, Product, etc.)
Use tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Tag Manager, Webmaster, or Frase to guide optimization and tracking.
Structure content for AI search and rich snippets
Off-Page SEO
Plan and execute high-quality backlink campaigns (white-hat only)
Build authority through digital PR, editorial outreach, and niche link placements
Earn and monitor unlinked brand mentions
Use data-driven link strategies, not just "more links."
Technical SEO
Run in-depth technical audits with Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and manual reviews
Fix crawl/indexation issues, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, JavaScript SEO
Maintain structured data, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, and site hierarchy
Manage Shopify/Webflow/WordPress and other CMS optimizations directly (or with devs)
Local SEO
Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles and Bing Places listings
Build citations and maintain NAP consistency
Increase rankings in the local 3-pack and Maps
Drive more calls, leads, and walk-ins for location-based businesses
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & AI-Search Readiness
Optimize content for zero-click searches, SGE, voice assistants, and featured snippets
Structure content to appear in ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, and Google SGE answers
Use Frase, AlsoAsked, and Outranking to craft answers for AI visibility
Stay ahead of AI-driven shifts in search behavior and SERP formats
Analytics, Reporting & Strategy
Set up and interpret GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio dashboards
Report in clear, actionable ways — no vanity metrics
Identify opportunities and threats using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and competitors’ data
Suggest CRO or UX improvements that enhance conversion rates

Who You Are
3+ years of SEO experience across all pillars (on-page, off-page, technical, local)
Proven success ranking US websites in competitive niches (health, SaaS, local, legal, eComm, etc.)
Hands-on with Google SGE, AI search trends, and adapting SEO for 2026 and beyond
Fluent in SEO tools:
Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager
Ahrefs, SEMrush
Screaming Frog, Sitebulb
Surfer, Frase, Clearscope
BrightLocal, Local Falcon
Can work with content teams, web developers, and paid media strategists
Excellent communicator, deadline-driven, and data-obsessed
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, or Headless CMS
Familiarity with Python or the Google Sheets API for SEO automation
Background in CRO, UX, or conversion-focused content
Understanding of international/multilingual SEO and hreflang

This is a full-time role. Please note its an 9-hour shift starting from 11:00 AM PKT onwards
No part-timers, freelancers, or agencies.
We’re only looking for long-term, committed team members.
Salary range: PKR 70,000–130,000, depending on experience
