Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence within the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, data-driven, and able to take initiative. This role is not only about posting content. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, monitoring performance, identifying trends, planning campaigns, improving engagement, and helping social media deliver stronger results. Social media will also act as a key funnel into our iGaming community, with the goal of turning audience attention and engagement into community growth and measurable conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and execute social media content and campaigns.
• Manage multiple social media accounts and brands at the same time.
• Maintain clear content planning, scheduling, and brand consistency across different accounts.
• Use social media as part of the conversion funnel, guiding audiences from awareness and engagement into the iGaming
community and towards conversion.
• Monitor social media performance and use data to improve future content and conversion opportunities.
• Identify trends, viral opportunities, audience behaviour, and relevant live events.
• Take initiative in bringing new content ideas and campaign opportunities.
• Manage community engagement, comments, and audience interaction.
• Prepare social media campaigns from concept to execution.
• Understand how social media advertising works, including paid promotion and boosting content.
• Work closely with designers and other team members to prepare social media creatives.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends.
• React quickly to trending topics, sports events, entertainment news, and relevant conversations.
• Understand AI tools and keep up with new AI developments that can support social media work.
• Maintain awareness of iGaming and 21+ social media compliance requirements
Requirements
• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience working with 21+ content, sports, football, or entertainment content is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content performance, and conversion-focused social media.
• Able to read and use social media data.
• Strong understanding of trends, viral content, and audience behaviour.
• Strong community management skills.
• Basic social media design skills.
• Able to plan and prepare social media campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media ads, boosting, and paid promotion.
• Understand AI tools and keep up with new AI developments.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Able to work quickly and respond to trends or live events.
