💼 Sales— Germany (DACH)
📍 Location: Germany / DACH
🛠 Responsibilities
· Develop strategic accounts with automation, machinery & electrical equipment manufacturers in DACH
· Build strong ties with product management, R&D, purchasing & executives; identify OEM/ODM and joint-development opportunities
· Act as a bridge between DACH customers and China HQ; provide market/competitor feedback to guide product planning
✅ Requirements
· Bachelor's+ in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Business or related
· Proven success in OEM/ODM, customized solutions or joint development is a plus
· Strong relationship-building & commercial negotiation skills; able to coordinate with engineering teams
· Fluent German & English (written & spoken)
· 华人背景优先；
