Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing team and contribute to the growth and development of assigned pharmaceutical brands. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective brand strategies and action plans in line with organizational objectives. The role involves creating impactful marketing communication, promotional materials, and brand collateral while working closely with the sales team to understand market dynamics and strengthen brand performance.
The role will also involve regular joint fieldwork with the sales team and participation in relevant conferences, CMEs, meetings, and professional forums based on brand and business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. + MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical brand management and marketing strategies.
• Ability to develop effective promotional and scientific communication materials.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and other cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to undertake fieldwork and participate in industry and scientific forums.

• Conduct regular joint fieldwork with the sales team to understand customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive activities.

• Attend relevant conferences, CMEs, meetings, and professional forums as required by the business and brand strategy.
